I hope and pray that you all are well, safe and keeping those hands washed!!!

IGA will be hosting 3 Zoom online  sessions on April 15, 22 & 29. at 7 pm.

As I am noticing lots of coaches are doing these zoom sessions that are focused on physical fitness , technical training and some are doing tactical training. But no one seems to be focusing on the one of the MOST IMPORTANT aspect in Goalkeeping, which is the mental side, Goalkeeper psychology.

These sessions are meant to enhance your athletic experience with a result of being able to boost your confidence and mental toughness, enhance performance, reduce the impact that anxiety and stress have on your performance, calm your mind to gain control of awareness of your emotions actions and being able to get into your "zone"

We understand that during these tough times we should listen to our minds and incorporate ways to help the athlete's mental health.

In these 3 session we will covering the following:

  • Manage and reduce stress
  • Boost confidence
  • Enhance performance
  • Decrease worry & anxiety
  • Increase sports performance satisfaction

For those who sign up for these sessions, I will be emailing some printouts for your child to have with them to read and work on during each session. This will be a fun way for the keepers to explore their inner mind and see and learn how to mentally recover from mistakes in a game, recovering mentally after coming back from long injuries, stress from tryouts, being the 2nd string keeper, talking to coaches, etc.

Please stay in touch with us if you are interested in purchasing the glove package.  Check our Project Pink page for the details of previous campaigns.
